1.            Purpose of the website and legal notices:

The “Centre Belge de Gestion de Conflits”, in abbreviated form CEBEGECO (The Belgian Centre for Conflict Management) is specialised in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (ADR).

www.cebegeco.be allows CEBEGECO services to be presented as well as information on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to be disseminated. The website also offers the possibility to resort to an online mediation service by means of a video conference system.

The present terms of use may be updated at any time, without notice. It is therefore advisable for the User to visit regularly the website. The updates are applicable as soon as published online.

If a provision in the present terms of use was to be declared inapplicable or invalid for any reason, this inapplicability or invalidity shall not affect the application or validity of the other provisions of the terms of use.

www.cebegeco.be is freely available to the User for its personal use, subject to the conditions indicated below. The usage of the website implies the full and entire acceptance of all terms of use.

www.cebegeco.be may not be used to make speculative, false or fraudulent requests.

CEBEGECO makes use of multiple security systems in order to protect reasonably the personal data of the User. However, CEBEGECO cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties may access the website in order to use data illegally.

The mere fact that these links are present on the website www.cebegeco.be does not in any way mean that CEBEGECO agrees with ideas or opinions behind these websites, nor does it mean that a partnership or associative ties exist.

10.          Cookies and web beacons:

Cookies" or "tracers" and "invisible pixels" can be sent to the User's computer when visiting the www.cebegeco.be website.
